Strong expertise in installation, operation, and maintenance of Monitoring & Control Management Systems, including sensors, transmitters, and PLC/SCADA interfaces. Performs troubleshooting, calibration, and system diagnostics to ensure reliable data and control performance. Supports system upgrades, backups, and documentation. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinates with engineering and operations teams for smooth plant functionality.

2️⃣ – INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
💼 – Salary: 2,400 – 2,500 SAR
> Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics or a relevant field with minimum 7–10 years of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical plants. Strong English communication skills. Experienced in plant maintenance and turnaround activities, including calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of field instruments. Proficient in pressure, temperature, and level transmitters. Skilled in interpreting schematic drawings, loop diagrams, and logic circuits. Ensures full compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Gulf experience, particularly in SABIC plants, will be an added advantage.

2️⃣ – INSTRUMENT TUBE FITTER
💼 – Salary: 1,600 – 1,800 SAR
> Diploma / Technical Certificate in Instrumentation or a relevant field with minimum 4–7 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical projects. Basic English communication skills. Strong skills in the installation, fabrication, and testing of instrument tubing and fittings, with solid knowledge of materials and safety standards to ensure leak-free connections. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and layout diagrams accurately.

We are looking for a hands-on leader to ensure the operational excellence of our heavy machinery and facility infrastructure.

🎯 Your Role & Responsibilities

The Foreman will be responsible for leading a team and driving the maintenance strategy across a demanding shipyard environment. Key duties include:
Leading and supervising maintenance teams for machinery and facility assets.
Planning and executing comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical equipment (e.g., cranes, welding machines, power tools, hydraulic systems).
Troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical faults to minimize operational downtime.
Managing spare parts inventory and optimizing maintenance workflows.
Ensuring strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards in all maintenance activities.

✅ What We Require
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a Foreman/Supervisory role within a Shipyard, Heavy Fabrication Yard, Oil & Gas Construction Facility, or Large Industrial Plant.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge of heavy lifting equipment, fabrication machinery, and industrial utility systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

💰 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 2,100 SAR (Fixed) + 300 SAR (Food Allowance)

> Diploma with 6–8 years of experience in shipyard, marine, offshore, or heavy industries, including 3 years in a lead or supervisory position. Responsible for assisting and supporting the foreman in supervising floating dock operations, maneuvering, block arrangements, load tests, and MBH operations, ensuring activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

💼 Supervisor (Machine Shop)

> Diploma with 6–8 years of experience in shipyard or marine mechanical workshops, with a strong background in precision machining, lathe operations, and equipment alignment.
